Various misc improvements

A button has been added to the store menu which will display your current loot table for items, relics and gifts!
Fixed open-all relic chests being slower than before (Culprit was logging each individual relic open, it now just tracks and logs it once at the end)
Some improvements to the log making it easier to read
Gifts received are now logged
Fixed fishing completion points being too low
Fixed clickthrough protection for stat and ore dropdown not blocking clicks properly
Hitting a 50x+ gift loot will be logged as a milestone
Folded arcanist spells now show their uptime and name turns yellow if active
Stopped runestones getting gigantic if 100s of spells are cast at once (Still gets bigger just not as much after lots of casts)
Hold-to-skip contracts now continues to work past DC1
Added toggle on the gift opening ui to open gifts at 2x speed
Gift opening ui now displays the amount of gifts you have more clearly
Made an arcanist exchange upgrade scale less harshly (the midas drone cap one)
The star wishing menu will display your current floor and underline any locations that match your current floor
